MARIAH DUGAN born and raised in the small town of Sonora CA was introduced to snowboarding at the age of 8. As she charged down the slopes of Dodge Ridge she fell in love with the sport. Mariah left home and moved to Mammoth at 17 to be a snow bum and ride the big mountains. Living in Mammoth for 4 years now she is not afraid to glide down Mammoths rocky terrain or enter some of the sweetest parks in the nation. " As soon as I strap into my board my mind is clear, snowboarding is my passion " she says.
Mariah is not only a snowboarder, she spends most of her summers skateboarding, downhill mountain biking, and hiking with her pit/lab Murphy. " Mammoth has so much to offer in the summer and yosemite is just right up the street! "
